TRY THESE FIVE SIMPLE POSITIONS TO DECREASE BACK PAIN

– According to Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research, your sleeping position is mostly the cause of your body pains especially in your back. In addition, when you are always laying in the bed and most cases in the floor, it might reduce the chance that you can feel body pain right after when you woke up or when you stand after.  To avoid these problems, try these simple sleeping positions to decrease body pain, especially the most common back pain:

1. ​Sleeping  on your back

Sleep on your side and draw your legs up slightly toward your chest and put a pillow between your legs. You can use any pillow based on what size you needed.

2. ​Sleeping  on your back

Sleep on your side and draw your legs up slightly toward your chest and put a pillow between your legs. You can use any pillow based on what size you needed.

3. Sleeping on your stomach

Sleeping on your back by placing a pillow under pelvis and lower abdomen. Use a pillow and place it under your head. Also, sleeping on your stomach can be hard in your back, to avoid it try to sleep without a pillow under your head.
